  • Driver Invitation Data: Fleet administrators provide driver contact information (such as email addresses or mobile numbers) to issue private access invitations to join the fleet account.

  • Driver Interaction Data: Drivers using the App submit operational feedback by selecting response actions (e.g., confirming “I bought fuel” or “I waited”).

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & Push Notification Data: To send daily push notifications with BUY or WAIT recommendations, the App collects device tokens, operating system versions, and push permission settings.

  • Usage & Analytics Data: On our Site and App, we automatically collect IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, page view metrics, and interaction logs to maintain service performance and security.

  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: The Site uses cookies and web beacons to optimize user experience, store sign-up interactions, and analyze traffic patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Affiliates & Related Entities: We share information with our parent/affiliated company, H3 Fuel Services, for administration and full-service fleet support operations.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or government regulation, or to protect the safety, rights, and property of H3 Fleet Forecast or our users.

As a private, invite-only platform, access to app data is restricted exclusively to validated fleet accounts and invited users. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Choices & Controls

  • Push Notifications: Drivers can opt out of push notifications at any time through their device settings. Note: Disabling notifications will prevent the delivery of real-time daily BUY/WAIT recommendations.

  • Account & Driver Access: Fleet administrators manage driver access directly. Drivers wishing to remove their account should contact their fleet administrator or reach out to our support team.

  • Cookies: Most web browsers allow you to disable cookies via browser settings, though some Site features may not function properly as a result.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Site or App may contain links to external sites, including H3 Fuel Services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external third-party websites.
